Reasons to live in a Bestro LLC House

All of our homes are within walking distance to campus.  You don't have to drive your car, or take a bus, ever!  We have walkers, bikers and skateboarders in all of our homes that surround Central Michigan University's north campus.

Every house is unique.  If you're tired of cookie-cutter apartments and dorm rooms, we have distinct looks and feels you can't find anywhere else. 

Each of our tenants has access to a free washer and dryer.  No need to save your quarters, buy wash cards or wait for a machine - wash your clothes whenever you'd like for free.

Every living room has a free large flat-screen TV.  You don’t have to use your bedroom TV for the living room.

We pay for your water and sewer bill and provide a dumpster for your use. That means you don’t have to take cans back and forth to the road every week. 

We take care of routine house items for you.  When you live with us, you won’t be cutting grass or shoveling snow.  All you have to do is pick up after yourself and be a college student.  We take care of the rest.

Our homes are pet-friendly. If you have any questions about your furry friends, ask us. Certain exclusions apply. 

We won’t tow your car or issue you a parking ticket. If you get a ticket, it won’t be from us, ever!

If you break something, we will fix it for you.  We know “stuff” happens and that’s okay.  Just let us know.  You are only charged the actual cost of repairing a broken item.  We don’t add any administrative markups. Our repairs average 90 plus percent completed in two days or less.

Your security deposit and rent are the only things we will ask you to pay. We don’t have an “after the fact” marketing plan.  In other words, we will not hound you for additional money. 

We are a small business, giving you a personal connection to management.  When you call or text us to report an issue,  you are in touch with the owner.  We do our best to make sure your issues and concerns are addressed as soon as possible.

We are a CMU alumni-owned business.  We know what it’s like to be a student here.  That’s why we work with you to make sure you’re having your best year possible.  We provide options students like and are always looking for your input to make your experience better.
